Costa ends goal drought to help Chelsea open up 7-point lead

Romeu got his name on the score sheet on Tuesday evening, but goals from Eden Hazard, Gary Cahill and a brace from Diego Costa secured a 4-2 win for Chelsea in west London.

But Chelsea, boosted by their FA Cup semi-final win over nearest rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend, took the lead again just before halftime when Cahill headed in from a N'Golo Kante punt into the area.

Asked if clinching the Premier League would be his best achievement, multiple Serie A victor Conte said: "Yes, for sure". I have a squad full of great men and good players.

Tottenham, who Chelsea beat in last Saturday's FA Cup semi-final, play their game in hand on Wednesday at Crystal Palace.

"I have another day to decide our best 11, but I think that they [Costa and Hazard] are in good condition and in good form and for sure I hope to see a good performance from my players".

While an away trip to Chelsea will be a tough task, Southampton will have former Blues player Oriol Romeu back after a two-game suspension.

"I always said I'm very pleased with his commitment, his work for the team".

Putnam Investments Llc decreased L (NYSE:LLL) stake by 786,616 shares to 693,675 valued at $105.52 million in 2016Q4. Perhaps, that suggests something about why 6.88% of the outstanding share supply is held by institutional investors.

"But, for us, I repeat: this season is very important because we are trying to build something important for the present, to put the foundations down and be strong, stronger for the future".

The Belgium global came off the bench to inspire the Blues to a 4-2 win over London rivals Spurs at Wembley on Saturday as Premier League leaders Chelsea stayed on course for a domestic double.

"I think that in that moment we have had a really important test, psychological test".

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte said that he disagrees with Fabregas about Lionel Messi being a selfish player and that Hazard should play like him in the pitch.

Conte rejects the idea that Hazard should be more selfish, and he also disputes the notion that Leo Messi is even selfish to begin with.

It's likely that one of Terry's last acts of a 22-year association with Chelsea will be to lift the Premier League trophy. You know the real importance for us, in England, for me and my players, is to reach this target.

"The most important thing is to look at ourselves, tonight was a big win for us".
