Tierney is Celtic's best young player again

Since his arrival, Celtic's attack has been transformed and so has Sinclair's career.

'There's a chance I could play in the final, maybe, but also maybe not, ' said Dembele.

And at the end-of-season awards, Rodgers, while doing a question and answer session, was asked "Who is the best player you have ever coached?"

"We will go and look to improve, it certainly can't get any worse than the League Cup final". I'm just working as hard as I can and we'll see what happens.

"I am progressing. As I said when I first came, I want to be one of the best strikers in the world and the road is still far for me to go but I feel like I am getting there".

"For me it's just an honour, when you're born into a family which has Celtic in their heart, of course that lives with you, so I'm very proud and honoured to be here".

Dembele said: "I didn't think that my season was over but I felt something straight away".

Costa ends goal drought to help Chelsea open up 7-point lead
It's likely that one of Terry's last acts of a 22-year association with Chelsea will be to lift the Premier League trophy. Asked if clinching the Premier League would be his best achievement, multiple Serie A victor Conte said: "Yes, for sure".

The Northern Irishman has enjoyed a brilliant season with Celtic, who are on track to win the title without losing a single game.

Dembele first showed his maturity when he came off the bench, before he had scored his first goal for Celtic, to calmly dispatch a penalty against Astana and send Celtic through to the conclusive Champions League play-off.

Striker Leigh Griffiths was their top choice last season, with midfielder Stefan Johansen the year before and Kris Commons in 2014.

Celtic will hope that Dembele is there for any squad list that is submitted to Uefa, assuming that they make it through the three arduous qualifying rounds this summer. "I'm working in the gym every day, trying to get fit".

He said: "It was pretty common knowledge from October that they were going to win the league. Everything seems like it's on the way up again". "I just focus on Celtic". "The thing is, when you come in with a price-tag - and you don't score or do so well in the first few games - people are going to doubt you", he said.

The Hoops boss added: "As a manager who has worked with fantastic players throughout my career I would never say one individual because each club has its own personality and players, the types of players, the iconic players, all I want to see is a player just maximising his talent".
